Project Overview
Mai Labs (Blockchain Division of Zee Media Group) approached us with an ambitious vision: to build a sovereign Layer 1 blockchain protocol designed for scalability, regulatory alignment, and developer accessibility. The goal wasn’t just to launch a chain, but to create a full-stack web3 ecosystem enabling Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization, seamless crypto trading, secure digital notarization, and a developer-friendly environment for third-party builders.
We collaborated with Mai Labs from the ground up — defining the core architecture, chain governance, permissioned access control, and a roadmap for a future-proof, enterprise-grade blockchain platform called Kalp DLT, built on Hyperledger Fabric.
Key Components Delivered
🔹 1. Kalp DLT – Custom Layer 1 Blockchain (Hyperledger Fabric)
We designed and deployed a permissioned Layer 1 blockchain using Hyperledger Fabric to support regulatory-grade compliance and enterprise data privacy. The network is modular, scalable, and includes identity services and smart contract logic.

- TPS: Optimized for high-throughput and secure peer-to-peer consensus

🔹 2. STOEX – RWA Tokenization Platform
We developed STOEX, a framework for tokenizing real-world assets such as real estate, equity, and bonds. The platform supports fractional ownership, legal compliance workflows, and on-chain settlement through smart contracts.

🔹 3. E-Notarization Module
For digital documentation, we built a blockchain-backed notarization engine. It allows users to upload documents, sign with verified digital IDs, and timestamp immutably on-chain — ideal for contracts, legal filings, and property records.
🔹 4. Centralized Crypto Exchange (CEX)
We also developed an AI Powered crypto exchange platform tailored for regional trading. Features included fiat on/off ramps, a trading engine, wallet custody integration, and advanced dashboards.

🔹 5. Kalp Studio – Developer Platform
To grow the ecosystem, we created Kalp Studio — a platform for blockchain developers to build, deploy, and monetize tools. It offers SDKs, documentation, node access, and a grant-based incubator for new projects.
