Rewire HealthTech set out to solve a universal healthcare challenge—manual note-taking and EHR documentation that consumes valuable consultation time and introduces clinical risk. The goal was to build an intelligent, multilingual ML Powered system that could listen to doctor-patient conversations, convert them into structured clinical notes, and auto-fill the EHR—without disrupting the natural flow of a consultation.
TAS partnered with MarianaAI to architect a real-time, AI-driven transcription engine trained for Indian accents, medical terminology, and code-switching across English and vernacular languages.
